ديمتري، ابن السيدة ندى احدى سيدات الbcc الملهات ورفيق قديم لطلاب الجامعة اليسوعية، فاستقبلوه بفرح كبير وشوق صادق، كأن اللقاء يستعيد ذكرى عزيزة لا تغيب. لم تكن لحظات تأمّله سابقًا في حركات والدته الحرفية وهي تعجن المرصبان وتشكّله مجرّد مراقبة عابرة، بل كانت درسًا صامتًا يُخزَّن في الذاكرة، أثمرت اليوم مهارة حقيقية بين يديه.
- على أصول الحرفة تعلّم ديمتري طريقة صنع حلوى المرصبان اللبنانية التراثية على أصولها، وحفظ المكوّنات والكميّات.
